PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Through thoughtful programming, dancers can change their movement potential.

In-Person Private and Semi-Private training operates on a package basis. Programming will be specific to the individual to best serve the needs and goals desired. Private & Semi-private training can be strength specific, mobility specific, or a combination of both.

 

Every package will include a movement assessment to identify any movement discrepancies. The data collected will aid in creating an appropriate program for each individual. Dancers will be educated on proper training technique for all essential base movements (ie. squat, push-up, pull-up, etc.) so that they can progress safely. The recommended frequency of training is 2-3 days per week for adequate progress and adaptation.

Please note that the cost per package will change depending on how many dancers will be sharing a package.  (maximum 3 participants to qualify for semi-private training)

Packages include:

1 Session - $115.00

12 Session - $1140.00

24 Session - $2040.00

36 Session - $2700.00

Online Private training​ is for those who cannot come into the gym, who do not live in the area, or have experience and can manage without guidance. The program provided will be executed by the individual in their own gym on their own time. This is a great option for dancers who have busy schedules and require the need to adjust. Weekly check-ins will be required to determine consistency and accountability. Details of the program (ie., how many training days per week, goals, etc.,) will be discussed prior to starting. 

Online training can be strength specific, mobility specific, or a combination of both.

A movement assessment will be conducted via zoom, or in-person if circumstances allow. The data collected will aid in creating an appropriate program for each individual. Programming will be specific to the individual to best serve the needs and goals desired.

Online training operates on a month to months basis. Every 4 weeks, an updated program will be provided. 

4 Week Program - $125.00

Hybrid Training is a combination of in-person training and online training. This option is excellent for those who like having one on one training but also have the ability to self-guide. Hybrid training can be strength specific, mobility specific, or a combination of both.

Included in this package is 6 in-person training sessions, as well as 2 months of custom programming. The 6 sessions can take place at any time throughout the 8 weeks. The rest of the time, you train on your own and keep me up to speed with check-ins.
