"I believe that the mobility work that I have done over the past 2 years had benefited me greatly based on knowledge of my own body and how it works specifically as a dancer. This type of training has opened my eyes to many things I was never taught over my 13 years of dancing as mobility training has taught me to take care of my body while continuing what I love. This training has helped me with my injuries slowly but effectively and I believe the tools I have learnt these past 2 years is something I’ll use in my future.
